It was a great resort to relax. The service was great, very attentive and cordial without becoming overwhelming. The whole structure was spotless , the room was cleaned twice a day , sheets and towels daily or every time you needed them. We were very impressed with the food , different types of plates every day, never boring or tasteless. We enjoyed particularly the variety of sweets with every meal. The pool was big and warm , the sea was amazing , the activities were rare but we enjoyed the quietness. The cocktails were ok, the restaurant by the sea was very good. I also liked the spa. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. The resort has also a quite nice architecture. Overall it was a fantastic stay and a good quality price ratio.

We had a wonderful stay at Louladakis Apartments. The guys at the reception were awesome, we were able to check in a bit earlier which was great, he gave us some great tips and tricks, always there to help and answer all our questions and very polite and helpful. They were able to give us beach umbrellas to use them while we were there, the ladies who were cleaning our rooms were very cheerful and polite, the rooms were very clean, we had a drying rack on the balcony and the AC was very nice. The building has an elevator too, which was very surprising but useful for elderly people maybe or if you have many luggages. There is a jacuzzi on the last floor, we didn’t use it but the view from there is amazing at night, it is a nice addition. We definitely enjoyed our stay here, and recommend with our whole hearts. By the way, i saw in reviews others complaining about the noise from the 2 restaurants across the building, we didn't hear any noise, it was very peaceful at night so no need to worry about that, and we were there during the high season I would say in August. Many thanks to everyone at the Louladakis! We've had a very pleasant stay there!

The calm setting in the middle of a tiny green village. Cute house, super clean. Very good beds. Lovely cats. Strategic location. About 35min to Chania. 1hr respectively to Elafonisi and Balos. The restaurant next door (the only one) is truly special.

Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D

This hotel is an excellent choice for couples. Rooms get cleaned every day and the amenities in the complex were great. It's right by the main road, so if you got a rental car, getting around is easy. There's street parking in front of the hotel and we always found a spot, even during the late hours of the day. The people working there are super polite and welcoming. We really liked our stay and highly recommend this place.

The hole structure is very beautiful and the staff is SUPER helpful. They organized for us a boat trip to visit Balos and helped us with many other things. The swimming pool is a big added value. The place is incredibly clean and the breakfast was majestic!
