Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D

Maria was fantastic, always very smiling and everyday she asked us if we were ok, and she wished us a pleasant day. The apartment was more than we expected, very fine shower and bed and very big refrigerator/freezer. The apartment and the hotel surroundings were very clean. Close to the Beach and a lot of restaurants closeby. Definitely a place we would like to visit again.

We have been greeted with a smile, cold water and orange juice for our child. Large confy beds, large clean rooms. Very helpful friendly & professional staff. Amazing clean pool with lots of sunbeds. Good breakfast. Had the best relaxation massage from Elena. They gave us a souvenir at check out. This hotel deserves 5 stars!!!

The resort was very well maintained, clean, spacious and had a feeling of luxury. The staff were efficient and friendly, always willing to help. The sitting areas in the foyer and outside around the pool were lovely. The location was excellent, particularly if you had a hire car and were keen to explore the beautiful west end of the island. There were plenty of small shops and restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!! The room service pizza was delicious and it was good to have a smart TV that you could log into your own streaming accounts. I would happily stay here again.

Dimitris is truly a five-star host! We had the pleasure of staying in a marvelous place. The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was perfect: a peaceful heaven just 10 minutes from the center of Platanias and its beautiful beaches. Communication with Dimitris was excellent from the very beginning. He responded promptly to our initial inquiries, provided clear and detailed instructions before our arrival, and stayed in contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well.
