The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

The place was of very high standards. Every day someone would clean the room. The location was very good to reach Chania by car and the host was very kind allowing us to return the towels the last day after our check-out. We did enjoy it very much! Recommend this stay :)

We lived here with children. The apartments are located near the beach and shops, as well as very good restaurants are within walking distance. Our room had absolutely everything you might need on vacation with children. All the necessary kitchen equipment, comfortable bathroom, comfortable beds. Everything except that it was too far from shopping. The food was excellent, the staff was great, the rooms clean.. The swimming pool was super. I have never seen sure a huge pool! Everything I see now doesn't measure up to the Euphoria Resort. They Are G R E A T!!

Exceptional Hotel Experience! We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The structure itself is great, with beautiful, well-maintained facilities that make it a pleasure to spend time in. The location is also excellent. The real highlight, though, is the food: Every meal over the past week has been a memorable experience, with exceptional variety and meticulous attention to detail in each dish. Every bite, from savory dishes to desserts, feels special. And speaking of desserts—they’re absolutely incredible, as tempting as they are delicious. I’ve never seen anything like this in any other hotel. The breakfast was also really good, offering a wide selection that catered to every taste. I highly recommend booking the half board as we did, you won’t find a restaurant better than this! What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention of the staff from start to finish. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Can’t recommend it enough! I rarely return to the same place twice, but here, I may rethink my rule. Thank you!

Everything is perfect even for the second time . General atmosphere of the hotel, everything clean and well organized. Of course the pool and the bar so nice to meet other people. The direct access of the private beach with the beautiful view of Theodoru island melted our heart again. Staff so polite and lovely as usual. Pure luxury! The hotel was of great help to us even before our arrival: sending the itinerary, booking excursions and restaurants.
