The staff was very friendly and accomodation. We got early breakfast when we were up before breakfast started and helped us arrange our travel back to Guatemala City for a good price. The barman made excellent cocktails and the bed was possibly the most comfortable one we ever slept in.

Amazing place with great facilities such as a hot tub on the terrace and plenty of space to sunbathe and admire the views. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view from the floor to ceiling windows and our own private terrace was breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, letting us keep our bags in storage there both before and after our stay. They tended to our every need immediately! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an amazing and luxurious-feeling place to stay in Lake Atitlán.
