Amazing place with great facilities such as a hot tub on the terrace and plenty of space to sunbathe and admire the views. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view from the floor to ceiling windows and our own private terrace was breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, letting us keep our bags in storage there both before and after our stay. They tended to our every need immediately! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an amazing and luxurious-feeling place to stay in Lake Atitlán.

The location was in the heart of San Pedro activity and the view was amazing. Woke to the sound of the waves on the shore and the sun shining on the volcano across the lake. It was so beautiful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that had a kitchenette and even nice housecoats and slippers. The long deck off the bedroom that overlooked the lake was such a treat. The staff were very responsive and quick to fix some lights that had been burnt out due to a power surge/outage. Not everything was perfect but it was good value for what it cost. We left at 5am to catch a shuttle and staff was there to help with suitcases and get the keys from us. Excellent customer service.
