Unbeatable location, beautiful room, fantastic view. When staying on the executive level, bonus happy hour with drinks and appies till 8:30 pm. Great staff all around. Also they allowed us to check in early (arpund 10 am), I guess subject to availability.

In the apartment you find everything you need, it’s very clean and well taken care of. Great common facilities with swimming pool, hot tub, bar and even summer kitchen. The area of the pool is surrounded by bushes and plants, you feel immediately in the green while enjoying the view on the town and the sea. It’s not too far from the Old City and from the port but Dubrovnik has huge hight differences, compensated by stairs for pedestrians but difficult for those with children in strollers/buggies.

My family and I stayed at Apartments Villa Lukas on a very hot july day before an evening flight from Dubrovnik Airport. We received a warm welcome. Situated a few minutes walk from Cavtat marina, the building is very bright and has a view of the sea (at least from room 8). Every aspect of these apartments has been set up to enhance the experience for their customers. We were very impressed. Highly recommended.

I was a little bit worried that the view from the apartment would either be of the garden or of the sea or of mountains, but we saw all three from our windows and balconies. The apartment is huge, comfortable and clean, with quiet and effective AC. Pool is clean and ideal temperature, with view of the mountains. Also the parking is free which is nice difference from properties in downtown Cavtat. If you come by plane, then it is also very close from Dubrovnik airport. Overall, I can’t wait to come again.

When I arrived hotel, they gave me an upgraded room. The view from the room was amazing facing ocean and beach. I stayed 3-days in this hotel. I always liked to have breakfast. It was really nice meal there.

    Breakfast was excellent and with a lot of variety. The calm music and view was super relaxing while eating. Stuff was very polite and friendly. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom just amazing with shower and separate bathtub! All was very clean. Spa, which we could use for free gave us excellent relaxation after a day of sightseeing and hiking around. All in all it was very pleasant stay which we will remember long.
