Excellent staff! Not everything was perfect, some mistakes happened but everThing was always sorted quickly and up to our wishes and expectations. Everyone is really helpful and friendly. Also the hotel is very nice - clean, new. Beautiful design, big roons. Breakfasts are awesome.
