The Hotel Delfin is in a very convenient area for visiting Zadar. All the facilities are excellent, spotlessly clean and everything is well presented. The staff are exceptional, very helpful and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble.

Absolutely perfect in every way — this penthouse exceeded all expectations and truly felt like a dream getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the quality and attention to detail in this brand-new property. You enter the apartment via your own private elevator with a secure pin code that leads exclusively to your penthouse — a touch of luxury that sets the tone for the rest of your stay. Inside, everything has been thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The living room is stylish and cozy, with a plush sofa and the softest cushions that make relaxing effortless. The bedroom is stunning — beautifully decorated with a bed so comfortable, we had some of the best sleep we’ve had in ages. There are two sleek, modern bathrooms, both offering a spa-like experience. Fresh towels are provided, including large beach towels, so you’re all set from the start. But what truly sets this place apart are the three private balconies — each offering a different experience and level of privacy. One balcony became our favourite spot for evening drinks, where we watched the most breathtaking sunsets every night. It honestly felt like our own private sunset show, perfectly paired with music and a glass of wine. The highlight, though, was the private hot tub balcony — discreet and serene, with comfortable seating and sun loungers. It’s the ultimate space for unwinding, whether in the morning sun or under the stars. Just two floors below is a quiet swimming pool, which always felt incredibly private and uncrowded — a perfect place for a refreshing dip any time of day. And if you’re craving the sea, the beach is less than a one-minute walk away, easy to reach and fully accessible for anyone who might struggle with longer distances or uneven terrain. This penthouse is not just a place to stay — it’s an experience. Elegant, peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable.

My husband myself and our 3-year-old visited this place in May. It was absolutely ideal for our needs. Nice, quiet and with everything and more than we could ask for. There were lovely walks along the beach. After a day or two exploring on foot we started using the bikes to go farther. The sunsets were beautiful. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and thankfully no tourist madness. Just the way we like it. We definitely recommend a nearby restaurant called Konoba Castello. There’s also a great supermarket just a few minutes away called Plodine where we got stunning tuna steaks for our BBQ. At first I thought the sauna and jacuzzi weren’t necessary but I ended up really enjoying the sauna in the evenings and our son loved the jacuzzi during the hot afternoons when it was too warm for the beach. The beach is perfect for kids as it's very shallow for several hundred feet. There are also great snorkeling spots nearby. Especially on the other side of the pier where the boats dock. The accommodation has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a large fridge-freezer for your drinks, air con, board games, a lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival and a fantastic outdoor terrace with plenty of space to relax in the evenings. There is also a gas BBQ, two paddleboards and two push bikes. It takes about 60 steps to get to the sea. I even tried a bit of fishing. No luck but it was fun. Overall it was a lovely experience. I love places like this that surprise you after a day or two. This place with it´s unspoiled charm and authentic Croatian atmosphere is fantastic. If you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy quality family time by the unspoiled Croatian seaside this place is definitely for you. We will be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located in a peaceful, uncrowded area with absolutely stunning views. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a great meal nearby, we highly recommend the Taverna just a few minutes from the apartment – delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely come back!

Mike was waiting for us at the property which was great as we had requested an earlier check in :) Mike was an amazing host, so helpful and attentive, always available when needed. Friendly and full of advice on the area. Apartment was excellent with every facility required. An amazing 70 inch TV with steaming service. Beds very comfortable. Apartment very clean and comfortable with Air Con. Wi-Fi excellent even outside the property. Secure carparking. Large pool and jacuzzi and electric barbeque, all spotlessly clean. On arrival the fridge was stocked with fruit juice, water, milk, soda and even beer, and a coffee machine with fresh coffee beans how amazing to have that on arrival :) Never met a better host. Thanks Mike for making our stay so enjoyable.
