Unbelievably good hospitality. Extreme attention to detail when servicing the rooms. No request goes unnoticed and every need is met. The staff exemplary, food exceptional and cocktails generous. One cannot ask for more. I was wanting for nothing and except a few occasions, never had to leave the premises. Photo shoots, massages, et al were in house. Just fantastic....

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The aesthetics of the property are beautiful—thoughtfully designed and very welcoming. The entire place, including our room, was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. What truly stood out, though, was the people. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, warm, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. I can’t recommend this place enough. As our first stop in Bali, we had selected MSH because of the warm, friendly atmosphere and laid back vibe we had read about in the reviews - that is exactly what we got and more. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they couldn’t do enough for us, including my partners Mum (who wasn’t staying there, but was treated as a guest). They really made the place feel like home with some excellent recommendations of food places in the area, as well as ensuring we were taking full advantage of the facilities (picnic, massage, and breakfast all included). We had a couple of lazy mornings and they made us breakfast at any time we liked, which we really appreciated, plus the owner chatted with all guests in the mornings to create a really nice feel to the place. The accommodation itself is a very authentic beach Balinese home, with some gorgeous animals (turtle, dog, cat, fish) which you can feed and are super friendly. It is a minutes walk to the beach, where you are greeted by breathtaking sunsets and plenty of great bars and restaurants with live music in the evening. Everything was clean, there was a good selection of breakfast foods and you are able to help yourself to coffees and juices. We knew we would enjoy this place after reading the reviews, but our expectations were definitely exceeded. I did see a previous review to suggest the owners were pushy for good reviews, but this was absolutely NOT the case. It wasn’t mentioned once. A huge thank you to the lovely staff who looked after my boyfriend when he was feeling sick too. We hope to return very soon!

Great luxury experience, super relaxing, calm, friendly place. Privat pool and room with a very high ceiling, which makes it feel super spacious. But the room in general is very big and for two people for sure more than enough! Room has two airco’s which makes it easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. There is a water cooler in the room, which is super convenient, given that you cannot drink from the tap in Indonesia. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has three options (with some additional options within those 3, like you can chose different kind of juice or bacon or sausage) They bring breakfast to the room in the morning and set it up on the table, which is super convenient. They also spray the room every evening against mosquitos! It was also our honeymoon and they arranged a very cool surprise for us (floating breakfast!) when we arrived and a gift basket with fruit.
