I had the most wonderful experience at the Royal Avila during my stay in Lombok. The hotel has a beautiful location with perfect sea views and jaw-dropping sunsets from your balcony. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The restaurant serves a good range of options at breakfast and dinner offers a varied menu too. The quality of the food was excellent and service exceptional. Throughout the hotel, the service was of the highest order. Everyone is happy to see you and greets you with a smile. I booked three trips with the hotel. They were all excellent and gave a good overview of this beautiful island. I used the Spa three times during my stay and was pleased with the treatments and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend anyone who is planning a trip to Lombok to stay at this hotel. The stunning setting, good food and beautiful decor are all impressive. However, it is the level of service received from the staff that is the standout feature. As a frequent traveller who has stayed in hundreds of hotels across the World, I have to say that the service in this hotel was amongst the very best .....if not the best.....that I have ever received. I will certainly be returning on my next trip to Lombok!

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. Breakfasts are unusually large and delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location, 5-minute walk from the port. The outdoor area has a beautiful and well-maintained pool; an oasis in the center of the hotel. Wonderful à la carte breakfast with a variety of options.

The structure is welcoming and integrated into the environment. It is located in a convenient area to reach the various points of the island, it also gives the possibility to rent bicycles. The staff is friendly and helpful, they arranged for us to return to Bali via Lombok after the sea route to Bali was closed due to bad weather! highly recommended

Honestly everything was great, from the start to the end of our stay at this villa. We were in three, best solution is to be in 2, but in 3 friends it is still super feasible, just one single room. The villa is incredibly comfortable, the staff is great and always available for support. Whatever you ask they manage to support with huge smiles. Top recommendation !!

The most memorable thing for me is that you not only provide high-quality accommodation and exceptionally friendly service but also offer a range of problem-solving assistance. I know many travelers, including us, encounter various issues, such as renting bikes, finding snorkeling tours, or the inconvenience of being wet after snorkeling and unable to travel comfortably. Yet, the staffs were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help (especially by providing a room for us to shower and change even after we had checked out). I know we were quite troublesome, but they never made us feel like a burden, which is truly commendable!

Easy to navigate to and absolutely stunning setting. Only 6 suites so not many people, was nice and quiet. Gorgeous pool area. The suite was lovely, very large, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and good air con. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great. Would definitely stay here again.
