Fantastic, superb nice staff, beautiful garden, we had great time. Food cooked and served by the chef was incredible. Photos does not show the beauty of place. In reality swimming pool and garden are more wonderful. Location quiet with view to the see. Direct from villa see coast possible snorkling, to see underwater coral flowers and colourful fish.

Breakfast: was toast and Jam but we weren't worried as we had the full kitchen facilities we could have cooked ourselves or go to a nearby restaurant or have it ordered by Grab. This is a fantastic location for a family holiday. Banjar is not too touristy but it’s close enough to shops and cafes that it is really easy for a family. The staff at the villa make the property 11/10…Ketut, Komang and Asih are incredible people who take such good care of you while you are there. Even organising all our outings from fishing to swimming with dolphins and trips to Lovina for amazing food and teaching us how to cook a delicious traditional Balinese meal. You don’t really need to book any outings before you get there, the staff will help you organise everything once you are there. Our family loved the villa. The pool. The beach. The people. And we would love to be back again soon!

Literally everything! This was the start to an amazing honeymoon... The staff, the hotel, the food, the attention to detail. We could not find a fault even if we were forced to find it(and we were asked.. The staff request criticism so that they can improve, but it's impossible to find it). Everyone treats you as if you are a guest in their personal home.

Umah Lusa is a credit to those who envisioned it, created it and work every day to ensure the highest standards of genuine hospitality. The setting is spectacular; an almost heavenly hilltop aspect, seemingly above the clouds and a world away from the tourist crowds. The views over the hills towards the sea, the stunning pool, and the beautiful gardens are just the start. The stand-alone rooms are quietly luxurious, well-appointed and extremely comfortable. The in-house massage was excellent, and the steam room and sauna were a welcome addition. The restaurant setting is sublime at any time of day, and we enjoyed everything we tried from the extensive menu, which offers both local flavours and Western options, all done very well. However, the highlight of our stay was the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their welcoming smiles and genuine engagement were a sheer delight and will live long in our memories of this stunning property.

The property is a little away from the main road so you can sleep comfortably at night. The wooden details are special and make the place feel warm. Kaia and her husband are very warm and give advice of where to eat and what attractions to visit. They make you feel like you are at home. Breakfasts are good and freshly prepared from fresh ingredients every morning. Water refill is a great addition. You can rent a scooter directly from the owners. It is in very good condition. We loved the place so much that we extended it for two more nights.
