The hotel is located in a perfect spot overseeing the Jerusalem Old Town. The staff at reception was extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond! When we asked for a room with a slightly better view (the view from the 1st room wasn’t the best), the manager was so kind to upgrade our room at no additional cost. The sceneries from the new room were just unbelievable! We highly recommend this place!
