The hotel is excellently located near the airport (close enough to walk (5 mins)), although prior communication with the hotel (via WhatsApp) assured me that they would have sent a car to collect me. The staff are all pleasant, engaged and willing to help, even if your problem doesn't appear to be in their direct area. My experience was only enhanced (but am sure would have been the same) had I not been upgraded to a suite, but this was a nice touch that I'm sure they didn't need to do. I didn't get to experience most of the facilities of the hotel (pool, rooftop bar) due to time pressures, but the Restaurant was great... varied breakfast, better croissants that I get in US/ European hotels. Staff remember you personally. (maybe also that as a v.tall westerner I am somewhat distinctive!!)

I had booked a room for my parents and 1year old niece. Hotel has taken of all requirements as per my request. My family quiet enjoyed the stay and hospitality of the staff. When I arrived, I got chance to see how humble the dine-in staff are. Polite, prompt and very friendly 😊 Even the lady at the reception. Missed her name though whoever was in morning shift checkout area on 24th Dec 22. Give that lady a raise😍
