The Hótel and the staff was excelent. The beds good. We are at all 3 resturants and the food and service was very good.

It's the perfect place to stay for a family with young children. The indoor and outdoor play areas and swimming pool are such a bonus! We also loved the breakfast. Service was top of the class. The clubs downstairs were a nice getaway in the evenings. We will definitely come back.

Its clean, great value for money. felt like home. stuff was great. had mane nice and helpful interactions. Nuresh the porter, offered 5 star service and helped with many things. Staff was attentive to make sure we are satisfied.

The proximity to the airport. Great value for money. The room had been recently renovated and was very high-tech, large and spacious with a superb bathroom. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were great.

We had a great stay at this boutique hotel, which offered all the necessary amenities and was conveniently located near Marina Beach. The rooms and overall space were clean, new, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Moorthy, the manager of KB Marina Park, for his warm hospitality. He constantly checked in to ensure everything was going well and made sure breakfast and other services were prompt and timely. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to our day. We booked from Australia, and found it to be excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chennai!

We came to Chennai for a medical treatment. At the very first 2 weeks, we stayed at Velachery area and decided to move to the centre of Chennai. With a recommendation from a friend and from good reviews, we decided to move to Esakki Empire. It was worthy decision we made! We met the MOST FRIENDLY OWNER of the Hotel. Most of the times, he is available at the Reception and always greet everyone with a big smile. We booked 2 rooms, and the owner gave us a generous upgrade to its 4th floor Penthouse. It’s a 2 adjoining room with a fantastic out-door terrace style balcony. This is a very new hotel and some of the essentials to the rooms are still on the way. Don’t worry, we are assured that, within few days’ time, the hotel rooms will be fully completed. The rooms are spacious and neatly arranged. Amazing comfortable beds and well-equipped with enough electrical sockets for all usages and lighting. The air-conditioning works perfectly. The toilets are fantastic with good pressure water as well. The Hotel main entrance will be locked (good security) around mid-night, however the receptionist will be available 24 hours. Its just walking distance to the main road and there is a friendly Chai-wala next to the hotel. Also there is a huge veg and non-veg mess just at the corner of the main road. Its walkable distance to the Chennai Railway Station. I would highly recommend this hotel for short and even long stays; even for solo, couples and for families too. Its clean, neat, new, affordable and comfortable compared to other lower hotels nearby. They gave us a 5-star service from a 3-star hotel. Since the area is so convenient, it is easier to commute to hospitals and other major places. The famous Express Avenue Mall is just 10 mins away. Room was comfortable, wifi good, restaurant good, staff were great and location is excellent for the airport. Would recommend for an overnight stay before a morning flight.
