Absolutely everything!! The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained and spotless. The staff, every single person, was so nice and helpful. The location is also great, you are in the centre of Fort Kochi, but at the same time the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Its patio with a swimming pool is an oasis. Also I highly recommend spa treatments. I think it is the best hotel to stay in Kochi, I will surely repeat when I go back.

From the moment I got out of the taxi the Service and welcome from the staff was the best I have experienced Swathi and Efin were so welcoming and professional. the rooms were very comfortable. the food is one of the highlights Breakfast was the best I have ever had Gishna always took time from his busy morning to have a word with us. The Thai restaurant was amazing Anithka was brilliant and guided us expertly through our menu we met the lady Thai Chef whose name escapes me ,her buffet on a Saturday was something I will never forget. The facial I had in the Spa centre was the best i have had. Unfortunetly I cannot remember the amazing beauticians name. there so many other staff that made my stay one I will never forget. Athin and of course Sulaiman who drove us around and give us some information on the way.

Very very spacious and super nicely decorated room ( the ceiling, the lights, furniture), very complete and with the heritage feel. Very friendly owners who provided tips where to go ( we loved the Kerala museum, which provided nice overview of history) and the Mattancherry palace with Dutch maps from 1670. We also enjoyed the Kerala breakfast at Kowdi and the packed breakfast for our train journey 😍

Very nice rooms (superior, second floor), big, wooden floors and ceilings, lots of windows, AC and mosquito nets. The quiet courtyard and the swimming pool were great to relax in the afternoon after walking around the streets of Kochi. Good value for money.

Very nice host and really clean. The host can arrange a tuktuk driver that shows you around town for not a lot of money. Very high value for money, would definetely recommend.
