We (couple) stayed for 3 nights. It is a magical location up amongst the clouds. Scenary is spectacular and facilities amazing. Great if you want to relax and immerse yourself in nature. Staff were also fantastic - also recommend the jeep safari to see the local area

We had a truly fantastic stay. The rooms and the facilities are clean and well maintained, the views and the nature around leave you speechless. The food at the restaurant was very good, we enjoyed every meal we had. The staff is amazing, attentive, always available and tries to do everything to make you feel at home. This hotel is wonderful, it's a new hotel so you can see there are still a few teething items as they get used to the swing of things. The welcome was lovely and check in was easy, there are buggies that take you around the hotel itself as it has some steep walks, these are available whenever you need them. The views are lovely in this area and pool looks over the hills which is beautiful. The restaurant is also great, and a wonderful choice at breakfast. We even watched a cooking demonstration and got to eat the food after, which was a fun unique experience. The service is impeccable people really want to help you.
