I recently stayed at the ICONIQA Hotel on a trip to Mumbai, simply because I wanted a change from my regular hotel. It turned out to be the best decision ever! The hotel is located just a stone’s throw away from the airport, making it extremely convenient to reach in just a few minutes. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, a friendly smile, and a soothing aroma that set the tone for my stay. Check-in was effortless and cheerful, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Superior Suite. The suite was spacious, tastefully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The complimentary minibar was the cherry on top! I dined at the hotel for three meals, and each one was outstanding. The breakfast selection was especially impressive — creative, varied, and beautifully presented. It was refreshing to see something different from the usual hotel fare. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Shibani, the General Manager, and Neha, the Learning & Development Manager. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction and reflected in the overall warmth of the staff.

Great location close to the airport, very rich breakfast buffet, outstanding service. Ganesh and Romil at the front desk were really great and helped us with early check in, as we arrived very early in the morning by night train. Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai is a very nice hotel and you feel welcome from the very first moment you enter the hotel's property. All employees were very polite and nice and a wonderful news for us was that it was possible to check-in bit earlier. The room itself, King Deluxe Suite, was nice and spacious, including all essentials you can think of. But what I liked the most was comfortable bed, which we both really enjoyed. A big bonus was also the pool area and a gym, which I visited both. It was also possible to order food to pool area.

Me and my S/O had a 6 day trip and chose this stay and i’m very pleased with it. Let’s start with the price - for what they prove it’s so worth it. Here are some things are really appreciated about them. > Daily housekeeping and complimentary breakfast and 1L water. > Any small or big accommodations requested they tried their best to fulfil them. > The food you can order is tasty, good quantity and well priced. > The rooms are so clean and the interior décor is beautiful & aesthetic. > The staff is friendly and helpful. > The location is at a prime spot and close to the station.
