Lets begin with the kindness of the staff, unmatched unbelivable. they made me feel safe and so that i did not lack for anything. beggning with Yousif whom always helped me with everything, the pool jucuzzi the hamam he made sure all was working, I ordered outside food and he brought it to me. it was awesome! Then there was the kindest girl in the recpetion whom also made sure i was well taken cared for and i meant allot. I am not from the area and as a tourist it felt really good and safe.

During the same visit to Duhok, I have tried multiple hotels, and physically checked some to find a decent hotel, until I found DDK recommended by someone. In my opinion, if you're an international traveler, you might be shocked if you book at any hotel, really shocked, but DDK hotel is a clean professional hotel, comfortable like the really good hotels you see around the world. I'm pretty sure there are similar hotels, but it's not easy to find them and they all look great online.

The staff especially Tiba and Hanna they were fantastic and very welcoming, the swimming pool was decent and gym was very good!
