very beautiful and clean hotel, new rooms, really good view in the upper stores and very friendly staff. I think it pays off to upgrade to the studio, there you have more spacious rooms and better view. I very much enjoyed my yoga practice in the room with a view! price and quality both very good, and they also calculate the change from dinar to dollar/euro in an acceptable way. also no questions about your private life/ e.g. if you are married or not. very positive experience!

The facility is very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The whole hotel was sparkling clean. The staff was very professional. At the restaurant (we were having breakfast which was included) the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful.

I loved this hotel. The rooms are large with modern minimalist interiors and great views of Duhok. The bathroom was big with a good shower. Parking is also very easy – you pass through security when you enter from the street and can park right in front of the hotel. There is also a really fancy cafe next door (part of the hotel but different entrance).

Superb five star boutique hotel, recently opened. Modern hotel with all you need, even brand new saunas, turkish bath, massage room, jacuzzis, gym etc. Breakfast is fantastic and delicious, served in a real Kurdish way in their fine dining restaurant next door. Everything here is exceptional and quite exclusive. Thanks to the managers and all the staff for receiving us in such a kind and special way. We strongly recommend it!
