An Unforgettable Stay! I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious – every meal was a treat, prepared with care and full of flavor. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying breakfast with a breathtaking view. Freshly squeezed juices, a wide variety of options, and that morning scenery made each day start perfectly. The rooms were stunning – beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean thanks to daily housekeeping. This hotel offered everything I could possibly ask for. I can’t wait to come back!

First of all, our host was an amazing and lovely lady. Rita is the proprietor of the hotel and made us feel very welcome. Due to the terrible weather Italia was having at this time, there was actually a landslide that damaged the railway. Rita ensured that we were able to get to Varenna, and also assisted us with our departure. The hotel is exceptionally beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable. The swimming pool is lovely on a hot day. Castello di Vizeo is a very pleasant two or three minutes walk away. The Castle is not to be missed and affords amazing views over Lake Como. Rita also cooked for us both evenings and we had nice meals. We will really consider staying here again in the future!

Great location on the shore of the lake. Easy to get to from the train station. Felt like we were on a cruise as our room opened to a balcony on the water. Very helpful staff. Lovely restaurant on site with range of regional dishes and picturesque views. One of the nicest places we have stayed in Italy.
