It's really a nice place, good location to travel around. The staff really made a difference since the arrival, we were given all needed information, and they could accomodate some special requests we had. We liked the view of the mountain from our room very much, and we could close shut the blind at night to have proper sleep.
We didn't use spa or other wellness structure, but given their attention to details and the cleanliness, I would definitely try next time we visit.

The hotel is in a good location, spacious, plenty of parking space. Costel del Piano is not huge place but you will find all necessities- shops supermarket.
The gentlemen on the reception was very nice
We liked the view from the tarasie.
