Our stay at Podere 1384 was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The manager, Andrea, was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots in the area, which truly enhanced our experience in Tuscany. The entire team at Podere 1384 is outstanding – warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that every guest is important here. A special thank you goes to Anetta from housekeeping, who took such great care of us when we encountered a small issue during our stay. The property is absolutely stunning – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. At times, we felt as if we had the entire hotel to ourselves. The pool area was often completely private, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. What truly sets Podere 1384 apart is the atmosphere. The moment you arrive, you feel at home. It’s a place where you can disconnect, relax, and recharge. Every detail, from the cozy rooms to the carefully prepared breakfast, is done with love. The breakfast was a real highlight – freshly made each day and served with such care and attention. We are already looking forward to coming back and making more memories at this magical place. Thank you again to Andrea and the ENTIRE TEAM for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

Very old, but fantastically preserved historic property. Amazing staff. Breakfasts by Mary (especially the quiche) were fantastic. Matteo, the host, was amazing and was on hand to answer any questions, no matter what time of the day! Central location beside the square.

we liked everything at La Filigare,, the location, the staff and the Borgo itself. perfect, unique and beautiful for anyone wishing to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely need a car to stay here. Bonus points; the wine is very good and the guy at breakfast is super friendly

Villa Campomaggio is like something out of an Italian Fairytale, its location is so peaceful and tranquil that you actually leave feeling like a person. The gardens are immaculate, the layout and the different areas to sit and relax are so thoughtfully laid out, we ended up with different spots to sit throughout the day. We love that the hotel has prioritised experience and peace over maximising rooms, I think there’s 23 in total - it really is a beautiful place, surrounded by vineyards and nature. There is an amazing vineyard right next door which is perfect for tastings, and you can walk back. Hiring a car is a must I would say. The food here is beautiful as you can expect and the staff, all of them, are wonderful!! We will be back and will be telling friends about this beautiful place.

First of all, I would like to praise the accommodation experience and scenery of this house. The transparent and bright glass doors and small Windows offer a view of the vineyard at any time. After waking up in the morning, you can make coffee with the prepared coffee powder. Many little cats will appear in front of your door, and you can relax in the courtyard while breathing fresh air. Secondly, the homeowner is a kind, attentive and warm-hearted person. He helped us recommend some excellent restaurants nearby and also handled any unexpected situations when we were leaving. It was the first time we were treated so carefully. Everything here was great and I will recommend it to others

The location was great. The staff was amazing. We had a car and drove to vineyards and other towns. The hotel was comfortable and beautiful. We actually booked this last minute due to an incident with another accommodation and the staff was so great. It was our honeymoon and for a couple that booked an hour before arriving we were upgraded with complimentary champagne in the room. I would recommend this to anyone. Pool was clean and relaxing, we booked the pool area just for ourselves one evening. Fantastic experience!

Very friendly and helpful owner Francesco. Accommodation and breakfast were really good and it was nice to have an outdoor swimming pool (and an indoor one, but we didn’t use it). Bed was a little bit hard, but we’re spoiled with a very soft mattress at home so for most people it will be fine. Would definitely recommend if you have a car, because it’s next to a mountain road so it didn’t feel safe for us to walk to Panzano (nearest village). There is a winery on walking distance though, which we would also recommend to visit for a tour (bonus tip).
