The location is great...5 minutes walk from the Ufizi Museum, Duomu at 8 minutes walk, dozens of great restaurants at walk distance.... The staff was really thoughtful and even had a portuguese speaking person at the hotel reception. The room was incredible, spacious and with free amenities (apart from alcohol).

The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

Everything was great, the room, breakfast, staff, free minibar, big jacuzzi, they even have a washing mashine that you can use (i think it's like 4 euro per load).
