Fantastic stay from start to finish. Easy and personal check in with friendly reception staff. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed. Room was thoroughly serviced daily to a high standard. A family friendly modern hotel and spa with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and amazing rooftop pool with view across the beach to the Adriatic. The hotel is beachfront and has car parking but there was ample roadside parking beside the hotel at this time of year for my large van. The hotel is situated on the beachfront and clean and spacious promenade with plenty of bars and eateries although the evening meal is excellent and very good value,just book at reception. There is a bar onsite too. The breakfast offered is also excellent with plenty of choice. Everything about this place is spot on.

What a great hotel! So close to the beach and restaurants. Great staff! Especially the lovley lady helping me with the taxi for me and my dog! Totally recommend this place to everyone that wants to visit beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto! I'll be back next year for sure!

Exceptionally clean and well kept. The facilities on offer were amazing, including a gym, jacuzzi, yoga classes, and deck chairs outside. Perfect place for a weekend escape or wellness break. The breakfast was exceptional, beautifully arranged with various delicious Italian breakfast options. The attention to detail was lovely, and the locations view of the valley and mountains was fantastic! If we had known what great value this stay was, and what lovely opportunites were on offer, we definitely would have planned to stay longer!

Warm welcome by Paula ~ great service from Domenico, making reservations for our taxi and booking Sisto Papa for us! Oscar at Sibya Beach is also very kind. The location was very good, close to the see, The friendliness of the staff, treatment and extremely available, the owner as well very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious (but every day the same things, would like more fruits and vegetables in the morning) you can choose to have it inside, by the pool or out in the garden under the trees, it was my favourite. The structure in general beautiful, clean and well maintained facility.
