Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of excellent, thanks in large part to the exceptional hospitality of our host, Andrea. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Andrea, who patiently walked us through all the property details. The thoughtful welcome package, complete with drinks, coffee pods, and local biscuits and sweets, was a delightful touch that made us feel instantly at home. Throughout our stay, Andrea's attentiveness was remarkable. Daily check-ins via WhatsApp ensured we had everything we needed, and Andrea was always ready to assist with any requests. The property itself was impeccable. Our suite was spotlessly clean and peacefully quiet. The added conveniences of private parking and a barbecue area at our disposal enhanced our stay significantly. Location-wise, we couldn't have asked for better. The proximity to a large supermarket made self-catering a breeze. Moreover, Andrea's local knowledge proved invaluable, providing us with excellent recommendations for beaches to visit and restaurants to try in the area. Susannah in Reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of recommendations on where to eat, visit, what to try, and general Sardinian culture. The hotel was peaceful and right on the beach. Lovely breakfast with stunning view overlooking the beach.

guesthouse is completely new, everything is clean and decorated with style and taste - we did not use a lot of kitchen but I think it is fully equipped - you can use terrace with roof to have nice breakfast - host is responsive and a very contact person

We loved how quiet it was. We could literally open the windows in the middle of the day and we wouldn't even hear the wind. Excellent! The food was great, breakfast was yummy, the pool was nice and the room was clean and cozy.

A paradise! Nature, animals, beach, sardanian culture and everything at the same place. We the Borgo Cala Moresca for 2 nights after being in the Dunes for a week. Borgo has a vintage look and is in the jungle, it is like a small village). You dont need to go off the hotel if you have all inclusive - but if you want to exloplore around you will need a car. But there is a restaurant and supermarket in a 20-30 minute walk. Privite beach, alot of pools and many sunbeds. Rooms are simple but enough. Also we got a free upgrade to the junior suite! That was really nice alot of space and two bathrooms.

The hotel really has a big area, but our cottage was near sea, reception, restaurant, bus stop, so it was perfect. I was working during our vacation, so for me, it was important to have good wifi. And I had it in our cottage and near. Foods were good, and it was different choosing seafood 😋 Zoo, swimming pool, garden, beach were perfect
