The first booking was for 3 nights, after arriving we received a warm welcome from Maria (the owner) she handed us the key and the remote of the gate. We went inside and we were flabbergasted by the sheer amount of space this apartment provided for the price. Big kitchen, big living room and 2 large rooms with separate bathrooms. The house is decorated with classical furniture and breathes peacefulness and serenity. The garden is large and opposite of the apartment lives Maria with her family. The garden gives a nice view of the winery and hills in the distance. Everything was clean and nice, so nice that we extended our stay with 2 extra nights. Certaldo is a 12 min drive from the apartment and provides everything you need, good restaurants, and a big COOP supermarket. From Certaldo you can go to Siena and Florence by train, parking is free at the station. Do not hesitate to stay here it's a wonderful apartment in a beautiful place.

The hotel was just incredible. Everything about it was perfect. Beautiful location, very clean and well maintained hotel. Very welcoming staff. Special mention to Steffano who always made us laugh and cooked us delicious omelettes for breakfast! Also Luliana on the front desk who was very attentive and extremely helpful. She was always polite and happy to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend this place.

Fabulous stay - the team were great, we had issues with our flight on arrival day and they went out of their way to ensure we got keys despite late arrival. Really quick communication via whatsapp. Apartment was big with comfy beds...bed quality is something we have found to be an issue at other properties in the area. The shutters were alsp blackout which was important for us with small kids that wake as soon as the sun comes up. Kitchen had all of the facilities. Very peaceful and safe area. If you like walking, there is a path up the main road to Gambassi which is 3-4km away where there are lots of shops and restaurants. You can also work to two restaurants about 1.5km away. It was too cold for the pool to be open and we didnt use any of the other amenities such as wine tasting, but they looked excellent. Despite it being cold end March, there was lots of green space for the kids to run around.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, as we had some inconveniences and they made a Great effort to help us (they waited for us for a very late check in at 10.30pm, and let us stay in the pool until late on the last day, allowing a 2pm check out: very appreciated!).
