Really cosy lodging! I was surprised at the quality of the rooms - they’re really big with locks for privacy! I always felt at ease. It reminded me of houses I’ve stayed in growing up in Europe. There is a washing machine at the accommodation, near the super spacious shower room, just not a dryer. There’s a shared kitchen, and dining table and sofa in the living room. The host was really supportive and lively and gave me a tour of the area, including the local automated coin laundry place just down the road which has dryers too. The location is great for accessing the local 7-eleven, and the station is a short walk down a few blocks.

It’s like home away from home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, not to mention they were all good looking as well. The egg Benedict’s for breakfast were excellent. One of the best ones I have ever had! The pool on the top floor was also a very good place to chill and relax with the park in view. The sparkling white wine is super good too for non alcoholic drinkers. Sit outside when the weather permits to people watch. The sound proofing was great too as we could not hear the car noises even though we were on the second level.

The house was amazing, so spacious for 8 adults. Enough beds, bathrooms and social space. Location was great as we wanted a different area of Tokyo. The roof top terrace was a nice outside space, isn't huge but enough for 4-5 people to sit and eat up there. Nakano area has ample shops, restaurants, and convenience stores everywhere, great thrift area. Train station was very close to get anywhere else. I would highly recommend this house an location if you are travelling in a big group and want space.

there was a lot of space to spread around, particularly with a large group. The kitchen was spacious with heated tiles and the sauna an spa facilities was exceptional. highly recommend

Lovely little house, very close to the bus stop. Easy 10-15 min walk to the subway and 15 min walk to JR line. Slept so well!

The location was perfect, very close to everything. The instructions by the owner were very good, so we could find the appartment easily. The appartment had everything we needed. We were a family of four and slept very well.

Apart from being culture shocked with the public bathing (female only) the capsule/pod was quite spacious and clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and it was easy to check in and out.
