The hotel is located in the mountains of Ella. A special van with driver pick up is needed to take you to the property. It is a rough 15 minute drive from the pick up spot to the hotel. Once you reach the hotel, you can understand the rough drive- the minute you enter the hotel, you are greeted by probably the best views you can get in all of Sri Lanka. The room and swimming pool offer the same views and you can spend hours appreciating it. A special mention to Mr. Kawindu who was there for us whenever we needed him - he picked and dropped us to and from the pick up spot regardless of the time, was available at the reception and kitchen helping out with everything! What a guy! Also, shout-out to the entire crew managing different parts of the property for making our stay a memorable one. The room we booked was gorgeous, spacious and very comfortable. Opt for the Sri Lankan breakfast option, the fish curry is not to be missed! Can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ella!

This is our second visit to this recently opened cottage. It was easy to locate using Google Maps and has a secure, free parking area. It is a lovely place to relax and stay. Although we traveled as a couple, there were two comfortable large beds that could also accommodate a family. You can order delicious food from the cottage owner, who prepares it for you. The place is impeccably clean, giving you a sense of being at home. The owner is very kind and helpful, and the location offers beautiful scenery, with a view of the black bridge on the Kital Ella railway track.

First of all, we liked the people who work in the hotel the most. Everyone is very friendly and it was very great to be in such an atmosphere. Special thanks to the guys at the reception, who tried their best to recommend good places and get to them conveniently. Thank you very much for your advice and help, it was very nice to feel such support in an unfamiliar place. The hotel itself is also wonderful, with incredible views, a cool pool, and always very clean everywhere. The food was also delicious, and the breakfast and the restaurant itself - I definitely recommend this amazing place
