We really loved to stay at this place. You have a lot of privacy, a huge space, clean and definitely a comfortable accommodation. The family is living downstairs and they are the cutest people. Initially my partner and I were looking at properties closer to Hirikiteya beach however, we are so glad we chose to stay at Villa Fiorita instead. Villa Fiorita was set back from a main road which was quiet and the perfect location. It was only a few minutes walk to Cargills (supermarket) and from Bank of Ceylon for withdrawing money. It was only a five minute walk to Dickwella beach - which was our favourite beach compared to Hirikteya beach which is a further 10 minute walk. Dickwella beach was much less crowded with barely anyone there with us witnessing the best sunsets we had seen in Sri Lanka. It was literal heaven. The property was an entire apartment to yourself with a large living space, good sized bedroom that had A/C and was very clean. We couldn't believe how much you actually got being extremely good value for money, especially compared to the prices of properties near Hirikiteya beach. We used the washing machine also. We would recommend anyone looking at Hirikiteya to stay at this property as it is everything you will need and more. The host also helped us for the next part of our travel by taking us in his tuk tuk to the bus stand and waiting with us until the correct bus came and helped us aboard. We just want to say thank you to the host.

Wow, this was the best experience in Sri Lanka for us! The room is decent, clean and good, but the hosts make all the difference. We were invited for the birthday of the hostess’s husband, with cake and their complete family. Such a loving family, and the breakfast was 10/10. The resort was perfectly situated right on the beach and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The pool was clean and well maintained and the whole resort felt very safe. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Everybody at the hotel treated us like friends from the reception staff, to the security and restaurant and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely return as it was a wonderful experience.

Beldon Hotel was a spacious and very modern accomodation which was in a great location - nice and quiet as it was just a short walk up the hill from the bustling main street of Hiriketyia. The staff were lovely and the included breakfast was so delicious (endless options to choose from as well!) The Beldon was a little bit of luxury on our trip to Sri Lanka, would definitely recommend it!

Had a great time at the Lake View Nest. The owner is very friendly and helpful, even for an errand I had to run that had nothing to do with the accommodation, and always available for a chat. The place is new, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The balcony is very spacious and offers a lovely view of the lake right in front of the accommodation. Not far from the beach, while still reasonable priced.

The property is brand new and offers a very comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a large garden with an outdoor shower, a small kitchen and a nice sitting area. It’s very quiet but still less than five minutes walking to the beach and restaurants. You wake up to the sounds of nature and can observe monkeys from here. The owner is super helpful and friendly. He even brought us fresh coconut to enjoy.

Nice Family, very friendly, mother is a first class cook, I ca recommend the sri lankan breakfast, father is a fisherman so id your lucky you get delicious fresh fish or lobster, son is a surfteacher and his friends have a board rental, daughter speaks good english and is a dancer! Highly recommended

The hotel is in front of the beach, and 10min walk from the beautiful Silent Beach. The room is more like a little villa and has a very nice private garden. The host is very welcoming, they treated us like we were part of the family and gave us everything we needed. I’d wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you!

The hotel looks quite stunning when you arrive and you are greeted by lovely staff. We took the lagoon view room and despite the building being in the mainroad, it was soo quiet and pretty looks. Pool was also on point and staff were always checking it. Bed was really comfortable, room was big enough and also having a mini fridge. Quite convenient location if you have wheels or don’t mind a bit of pickme/riding buses. Breakfast was ok, with lots of toasts.
