The Villa is set back down a lane away from the main road, a 5 min tuktuk ride away from the fort and centre. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. The room I had was large, comfortable and mosquito free (well sealed) with ac and fan. The pool and lagoon at the rear of the property provide a perfect backdrop. Mervin and his team certainly make a great effort to maintain the high standards of this wonderful little oasis in Galle!

A Truly Memorable Stay at Oruva Beach Villa 🌊✨ We had an absolutely wonderful time at Oruva Beach Villa! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The villa’s location is breathtaking — right by the ocean, offering stunning views and the soothing sound of waves all day long. Although it wasn’t peak season and the waves were quite strong, we truly enjoyed relaxing and unwinding in our private pool, which offered the perfect alternative. The team was always helpful and attentive to our needs, going above and beyond to assist us with anything we required throughout our stay. Their dedication to making guests feel comfortable is truly commendable. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. The villa is a little out of town , it has been recently built and is very modern looking. The rooms boast a king size bed and modern toilet /bathroom which make for a very comfortable sleep along with the efficient air conditioner. The hosts supplied an excellent Sri Lankan breakfast which was some of the best curries that I had tasted in Sri Lanka . The rooms have a garden facing view and a small river of which you can catch your own fish ! The villa has an outdoor couch and table as well as some cooking facilities of which we used.

A piece of pure paradise with incredible staff , beautiful surroundings , elegant touches everywhere from the divine bed linen , super comfortable beds to the furniture pieces ( I just adore the bar ) . It was hard to leave that tropical pool area and feeling of being pampered by the friendliest and most helpful staff - they are all an asset to the property . Right from picking us up from the airport after a cyclone greeted us with a huge delay and rain but still Amila was very patient enough as we were travelling with a newborn and a child. Photo’s absolutely don’t do justice to this beautiful place. Woke up a to a good skies day after a massive rainy night and we were woken up by peacocks and birds all around the villa. An amazing infinity pool into nature.Stunning views from the all rooms , balconies and bathrooms. Would definitely come back in the future. Not to forget the amazing food they serve for breakfast , lunch and their BBQ. Amila was the best in comforting us right from the start to end of our whole trip.
