Big room with desk, small sitting area and comfortable bed. The balcony with nice view over the pond is beautiful for relaxing at night. . Everything is very clean. Good food at the restaurant and also the Café Engine. Very nice staff. I have been here several times and will come again. After arrival or before departure at the airport I much prefer Veyangoda instead of the more touristy Negombo.

Everything was perfect. Safety and cleanlinessnis what I value the most and they exceeded it, above and beyond. Very relaxing atmosphere in the rooms and eventhough we are near the road, there is no noise disturbance. They are the most generous and humble hosts I've ever met. I highly recommend this resort to everyone. I dare anyone to prove me wrong.

Nice large room, quiet AC, separate entrance, good wifi, kettle, hot drinks... And a wonderful host, Mr 'Mac' . always friendly and helpful, prepared fresh fish every night, provided good breakfast, was responsive to any requests, arranged a boat tour (Wildlife in the mangroves, best in the morning).

The property is very conveniently located close to the airport. Perfect for an onward journey to Bentota. It is very value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean and the owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Be it last minute change of room, arranging transport, arranging for food or even giving us tips on best places to go to and which to avoid. One of the previous reviews mentioned minor disturbance due to proximity to the airport but I donor recall noticing it even in the middle of the night.
