The staff were beautiful people, very helpful and accommodating. The views are splendid. The FOOD IS THE BEST PART. Amazing buffets, im usually not a fan of buffet, but they were real good. They spoil you rotten. I felt like being within the property only instead of going out.

Very nice place with many little nooks and corners with nice couches to relax and read a book. Comfortable bedrooms and breakfast options. We used this as a base to travel to ella by train, The staff are extremely helpful I wanted some steam to inhale, they organised the steam and also offered some herbs to add to the steam. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us on several occasions. We stayed in both a hotel room as well as their individual chalets. Both were clean, modern and comfortable. Food was very good. I especially liked the breakfast, it was great with so many delicious options. Also, being able to sit at the restaurant with an open view of our beautiful surroundings was so relaxing!

We stayed in one of the lower level rooms, which offered more privacy. The upper level had better views but were smelling a bit stale, so they let us pick the ground floor ones. Beautiful rooms, with all necessary amenities, high quality bedding, quiet and peaceful sleep. Food was great, we had our dinners at the hotel. But the biggest positive of this hotel was the service. Staff is amazing, very polite, well trained, and really going out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thank you! Also, to mention that this was the only hotel that offered accommodation to our driver which was great for him.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the private jacuzzi was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located in the heart of town, with plenty of lovely cafés within walking distance. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace — it was delicious. The owner and their family were so kind and welcoming. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. If we ever come back to Ella, we’ll definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Tranquility Ella. The place exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. Everything was so nice. The staff were so friendly, they did everything to make you feel satisfied. They cooked a really good dinner for us as well. The view from the hostel is so beautiful and is located very close to the Nine Arches Bridge.

This is our second visit to this recently opened cottage. It was easy to locate using Google Maps and has a secure, free parking area. It is a lovely place to relax and stay. Although we traveled as a couple, there were two comfortable large beds that could also accommodate a family. You can order delicious food from the cottage owner, who prepares it for you. The place is impeccably clean, giving you a sense of being at home. The owner is very kind and helpful, and the location offers beautiful scenery, with a view of the black bridge on the Kital Ella railway track.
