My family and I, a group of seven from Canada, recently had the pleasure of staying at Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. The houseboat we stayed on offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully designed, making our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that catered perfectly to our taste buds. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the food consistently impressed us. During our stay, we enjoyed two cruises each day through the picturesque Bolgoda waterways. The early morning cruise was particularly breathtaking as we were greeted by the serene beauty of nature waking up. We spotted numerous birds and even got a glimpse of the stunning sunrise. The sunset cruise, on the other hand, provided a different yet equally mesmerizing experience as we sailed through the calm waters with the sky painted in shades of orange and pink. The entire experience was beyond our expectations, and if given the chance, we would gladly stay here 100 times over. Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda is a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay

Our stay at this hotel was unforgettable for our family. Beautiful surroundings, excellent cuisine, peace and quiet. The staff of this establishment is impeccable, always smiling and kind. The chefs who really appealed to us were the ones who were willing to fulfill whatever we could think of, always interested in how we liked it. But the one who really became our hearts was our butler Manju.. not only did he take great care of us, but he was always available to us, no matter what we needed. He was not just a butler for us, but also a friend and always smiling friend of our children. Manju takes his job very seriously and tries to do his best for his guests. On behalf of our entire family, we would like to thank all the employees of this hotel, including the ladies at the reception, the gardeners and the boys who looked after us and cleaned the room, and last but not least the lifeguards. Excellent Location for a quick gateway from Colombo. Just 1 hours drive and you are welcomed by smiling staff members. Service quality is consistent throughout our stay and breakfast buffet is fabulous. Highly recommended. We will be back.

we knew we had booked a villa but we didn't expect such a beautiful and large structure! fantastic decor, fabulous pool, surrounded by nature. there is any type of service, Smart TV, billiards, speakers from which you can hear music very well, a beautiful atmosphere. the staff (all the staff without exception) are magnificent. they were attentive to our every little need, very friendly and helpful, we even played billiards with them. they make you feel truly pampered. plus they cook you breakfast, lunch and dinner and it's all delicious. I HIGHLY recommend coming to this wonderful place.
