Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and with nice decor. The whole hotel has a nice cozy feel and great view of the castle! The spa (which is of extra cost but TOTALLY worth it), was beautiful and very relaxing

Very friendly owners, clean and quiet place. At house we got everything we needed. Will definetely return next we will be in Trakai. We also booked sauna and bubble bath - it was ready for us at the time we wanted. Even used possibility to fish in their pond 😊 Thank You for the amazing stay! Would give even 20 stars if it would be possible 🙂

The location is halfway between the train/bus station and the Trakai castle making it easy to go to both destinations. The room is quite spacious and I chose the one overlooking the lake. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. In the evening I enjoyed a relaxing drink in front of the lake, and with the setting sun hot air-balloons fill the sky and make for a very scenic and romantic scene. I was very impressed with the food offered by the restaurant. If visiting, make sure to take the mushroom and cheese bake!

The room was beautiful and good, but the shower room smelled of sewers. Unfortunately, unkind servicing. The bubble bath was great, with lights - very romantic, but there was sand in the water.

The vintage interior is definitely quite interesting. the atmosphere is cozy, inviting and a bit nostalgic in a way. Surely, lake view variant is something to aim for.
Oh and how can you not include a jacuzzi bath as a benefit?
