Absolutely fantastic place! This was our first time in Macau and even though we're not much of gamblers, the place is fabulous. It has free bus rides from the airport, the Taipa Ferry terminal and other places, including other casinos. It's located within the casino itself, which I hadn't realized until before arriving, I thought it was just the hotel itself. The place is huge and really beautiful, the hotel staff is very helpful and the majority (if not all) can speak English. Also, the hotel is directly connected to the Parisian Casino, which, in turn is connected to The Venetian, The Londoner and The Four Seasons, meaning you don't even have to step outside to go to these other places, but it's a bit of a long walk, so you can take the free shuttles if you'd like to. Regarding the room itself, it was great, the internet access was really fast, it was clean and spacious and had a great room service.

He went out of his way to upgrade my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. Frank also took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in great detail, which I really appreciated. There is nothing else to say when you know the elevated standard of the MO. Each detail is taken care of, just as an example I left my glasses on the table in the room and when back I have found them cleaned and on a MO branded cloth for polishing them. It's a small gesture but it tells everything about how great this hotel is. The room was just as big as an apartment, equipped with everything you need and you can think of. Kevin at the reception made sure we had our best experience granting us with a late check out at 15:00. The location is convenient, located at around 30 mins walk to the city center and only 8-10 mins taxi to the area of the casinos. Breakfast is amazing, everything is fresh and cooked in front of you with a great variety between sweet and savory. A stay to remember!

We loved our very spacious two bedroom suite. The beds were very comfy. Also, the staff were all great, front desk and concierge staff, restaurant staff, the lady by the pool and room service and housekeeping. All of our queries and needs were dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. We had fun in the pool area, especially relaxing in the hot tub! The hotel is walking distance to Fisherman’s wharf, with a variety of cafes, restaurants, and dessert shops.

Very helpful staff and good location. Close to the ferry terminal and there is a free shuttle service to the Cotai strip from just across the street. A short bus ride to the historic sites also. The room was very comfortable and spacious - lovely bath. Housekeeping provided ample free bottled water on request and extra pillows. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was also great for relaxing in the afternoon.

A relaxed resort-like location away from the craziness of the casino area. 5 minute walk to the beach and some good authentic restaurants. Spacious rooms and balcony and good size pool area with plenty of loungers

The breakfast was rather nice. The room was more than comfortable and clean with a great shower and bath, comfortable bed, and free coffee and tea. Anything and anything to be sent to the room is conveniently ordered through an app. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and indoor jacuzzi are great. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I guess very nice for people with kids.

It was a great hotel for a two nights stay in Macau. There is a big spa area with jacuzzi, swimming pool and saunas to relax, as well as some casinos nearby. The hotel is located great to visit all tourist attractions in Macau, but it is not a crowded area around. The amenities in the room were a bit "not 5-star", but the hotel was also not very pricy. The restraunts in the hotel were very good.

The room was beautiful, the bathroom and room/lounge area were both very spacious and clean. Check in was very efficient and took our bags for us before our check in time. We were messaged when our room was available and our keys then activated so we did not have to return to the check in desk to collect keys. Very convenient!
