We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel staff is very attentive and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everything is brand new, superb design and perfect location. The breakfast at 25th floor is great quality and service. We stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, yet this one is one of the top hotels.

We loved our very spacious two bedroom suite. The beds were very comfy. Also, the staff were all great, front desk and concierge staff, restaurant staff, the lady by the pool and room service and housekeeping. All of our queries and needs were dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. We had fun in the pool area, especially relaxing in the hot tub! The hotel is walking distance to Fisherman’s wharf, with a variety of cafes, restaurants, and dessert shops.

Very helpful staff and good location. Close to the ferry terminal and there is a free shuttle service to the Cotai strip from just across the street. A short bus ride to the historic sites also. The room was very comfortable and spacious - lovely bath. Housekeeping provided ample free bottled water on request and extra pillows. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was also great for relaxing in the afternoon.

A relaxed resort-like location away from the craziness of the casino area. 5 minute walk to the beach and some good authentic restaurants. Spacious rooms and balcony and good size pool area with plenty of loungers

The breakfast was rather nice. The room was more than comfortable and clean with a great shower and bath, comfortable bed, and free coffee and tea. Anything and anything to be sent to the room is conveniently ordered through an app. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and indoor jacuzzi are great. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I guess very nice for people with kids.

It was a great hotel for a two nights stay in Macau. There is a big spa area with jacuzzi, swimming pool and saunas to relax, as well as some casinos nearby. The hotel is located great to visit all tourist attractions in Macau, but it is not a crowded area around. The amenities in the room were a bit "not 5-star", but the hotel was also not very pricy. The restraunts in the hotel were very good.

The room was beautiful, the bathroom and room/lounge area were both very spacious and clean. Check in was very efficient and took our bags for us before our check in time. We were messaged when our room was available and our keys then activated so we did not have to return to the check in desk to collect keys. Very convenient!
