Also, the staff were all great, front desk and concierge staff, restaurant staff, the lady by the pool and room service and housekeeping. All of our queries and needs were dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. We had fun in the pool area, especially relaxing in the hot tub! Close to the ferry terminal and there is a free shuttle service to the Cotai strip from just across the street. A short bus ride to the historic sites also. The room was very comfortable and spacious - lovely bath. Housekeeping provided ample free bottled water on request and extra pillows. The room was more than comfortable and clean with a great shower and bath, comfortable bed, and free coffee and tea. There is a big spa area with jacuzzi, swimming pool and saunas to relax, as well as some casinos nearby. The hotel is located great to visit all tourist attractions in Macau, but it is not a crowded area around. The amenities in the room were a bit "not 5-star", but the hotel was also not very pricy.
