The hotel is excellent, staff is very very friendly and kind. Excellent food and moctails. A good thing is also pool on the roof, when you can be in the middle of the hot days.

I stayed in a vila with a pool on the balcony. I could go for snorkelling from my room. There are two coral reefs with lots of marine life for snorkeling We saw Manta Rays and Sharks, during the evening on the dive center - we didnt even need to snorkel everything There was a band in the evening, on a very pleasant bar Food was great with lots of international options (just do not expect pork - it is a muslim country)

Incredible Stay at SO/ Maldives – Truly Unforgettable! We stayed for 7 nights in an overwater villa at SO/ Maldives. This was our first trip to the Maldives, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice — the hotel is incredibly stylish, brand new, and absolutely stunning in every detail. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive to our wishes. We celebrated a birthday during our stay (and it turned out to be the best celebration ever!) — the team went above and beyond to make the day feel magical, with heartfelt congratulations and thoughtful efforts that touched us deeply. We would especially like to thank Maria, who guided us from the moment we arrived until our departure, always helpful and supportive with everything we needed. Also a warm thank you to Luna for her kindness, care, and friendly assistance throughout our stay. We’re also grateful to the teams at the Watersport Zone and The Nest for helping us enjoy our time with fun and vibrant activities. The island itself is beautiful and the overwater villas are generous and very stylishly furnished - especially the bathroom and terrace are very special (we were watching little fish and sharks every night from the net thingy). But what truly knocked our socks off was the quality of service. All the staff went out of their way to make our vacation memorable and we felt truly pampered. We were warmly greeted at the airport and upon our departure seen off at the airport entrance. We were even given a complimentary early check-in + breakfast after we’d arrived and late check-out, so basically one more day at our amazing villa! Ahmed and other staff members were constantly checking that we had everything we needed and were always so friendly and welcoming. As we are a vegetarian & vegan couple, the chefs at all the restaurants made sure to check in with us prior to every meal and prepared some of the best meals we’d ever had! It was unbelievable, plus the places looked stunning. The spa experience and massage with Ros was a cherry on top. Also used the gym and the tennis court regularly - the staff there made sure we had fresh towels and water at all times. We also had to visit the clinic and were assisted by the doctor - all part of the resort service. Just cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a great time at this wonderful resort. It is only some 45 mins by boat from Male. The staff are extremely kind and courteous. The team responsible for sea excursions is very informative and helpful. The restaurant provides a great variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were booked at half board and there were plenty of options to have a snack during the day at very reasonable prices. The room had all the needed amenities and was cleaned twice a day. Each room had its allocated sun beds in an idyllic environment. It takes around 15/20 minutes to walk around the island to see nature at its best. The sea immediately around this island is already beautiful to swim in and snorkel. The excursions to nearby reefs add to the experience of seeing turtles, mantas, harmless nurse sharks and all kinds of colourful fish (some of which can be seen in the vicinity of the hotel) . The island is very welcoming, well kept and very clean. A place to revisit time and time again.
