A beautiful location for a relaxing getaway in Langkawi. You'll experience lots of wildlife roaming around which is really unique. The staff were incredibly friendly which really added to the feeling of the stay overall. The food here was amazing. At breakfast you were really spoilt for choice. The beach was beautiful. Stunning sunsets. And not forgetting the spa, our massages were amazing. Berjaya is a truly special place.

The staff are so friendly and kind. They really ensure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay by checking in daily. If there were any issues, staff would fix them almost immediately. There are 4 restaurants with plenty of options for food, and it is delicious. The rainforest surrounding the accommodation is so beautiful and well maintained. We loved seeing all the wildlife each day, especially the monkeys and otters. The spa is also lovely and relaxing.

Incredible location - amazing beach and next to skywalk/cable car. 25 mins from airport Great breakfast- mix of Asian and western foods Attentive staff- always on hand 24/7, friendly and helpful Each room is a cabin, very spacious with balcony and large bathroom Wildlife - monkeys and some birds dotted around the resort Range of restaurants to choose from- Thai was good Great aircon Very clean - room was cleaned daily, fresh bedding, extra provided if needed Shuttle service Taxis available

The staff were all very friendly and very accommodating. Food and beverage menu were all delicious and they had great variety of breakfast spread (local and international menu). Our room was very comfortable and if possible do try out their sea view rooms. Spa service was very relaxing too.

The breakfast has nice food and variety, pool with the views is amazing. Nice kiddies pool and bubble pool. Usually a space to be found on loungers. Beautiful beach. Nice big room with extra large bed with room for 3 and they gave us an extra camp bed too. Loads of space plus storage. Bathroom a decent size and kept clean and well stocked. Minibar with free snacks and water. Good air con. Clean lobby toilets. Staff were amazing throughout.

We like at room jacuzzi with bubble bath service, however my suggestions is maybe front desk can make a room call to the guest inform them there will staff coming for prepare the jacuzzi bubble service and check when is good time. Because suddendly staff press door bell and guest might be sleeping or resting

That view from the jacuzzi. Spacious bathroom. Large area for hanging of clothing.Quick pickup/drop off by shuttle.Accomodating staff. Shower head was adjustable. Great experience after 2019 sad lockdown.
