We used the place as a final o/n stop before catching the Hook/Harwich ferry (which is a 3.5/4hour drive away.)As on motorcycle felt parking was secure, terrace bar/cafe great for lunch and Restaurant was excellent for evening. Spa good enough for a couple hours chilling.

Excellent hotel, we liked everything. Saw some famous dutch people. Junior suite was great, with a balcony facing the forecast and a lot of space. Note: hotel is not in a castle itself, it is in a building next to it. In the castle itself there is only breakfast place and a conference hall. Hotel had a parking, no issues with the car.

Everything was great. The hotel is located next to a lake and surrounded by greenery and lush landscape. It has all the facilities needed and we especially loved the pool, sauna and fitness room. Everything was sparkling clean, the breakfast was generous, the staff were friendly. We had an incredible relaxing weekend. They even made a separate bed for our 6 year old free of charge. This hotel is a gem, we’ll surely come back.

The rooms, gym and pool were ideal for the family. Nice baths. Very relaxed and picturesque location. The breakfast was fantastic. Very handy parking.
