It's a very well setup holiday park - attractively laid out with very good facilities in a very beautiful location right by the Blue Lake and still only 10 minutes from the centre of Rotorua. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about activities available in the area.

A truly excellent motel - absolute cleanliness and comfort, with incredibly attentive hosts. The breakfast was simply outstanding, and the whole place had such a warm, homey feel. We had a wonderful two-night stay here and were impressed by how convenient and welcoming everything was. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Rotorua, close to shops, attractions, and dining, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the essentials we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette which made it easy to prepare small meals or enjoy a hot drink. A thoughtful touch was receiving a bottle of milk at check-in for a cuppa after a long drive. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth and efficient. This is a great base for exploring Rotorua and relaxing in between adventures. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Rotorua in the future.
