Everything was great! The location is excellent, right in front of the bus stop. The service is outstanding, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the room is spacious. The manager, Will, was very kind. Our accommodation was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. Will was often at the front desk, so we could easily reach him whenever we needed assistance, which gave us great peace of mind. He also provided helpful suggestions for our travel plans. We were especially glad to include Willowbank Wildlife Reserve in our itinerary, where we got to see many native New Zealand birds and animals. Additionally, he helped us rearrange our visit to the International Antarctic Center to fit it into the day of our return, which worked out perfectly.
