Very welcoming hosts. As a solo travelling tourist I must say it was one of the best accommodation I had a chance to live in throughout my travel in New Zealand and various stays at the Backpackers Hostels. Easy reachable from the city centre of Whangarei (I was walking and the walk was very enjoyable). Generally, if we want to stay at the nice, cozy place with the privacy, not mentioning even spa and a great breakfast with an outstanding coffee - there you go! Other than that, super cute animals and the ocean view made me holding my breath for a while, enjoy and stop the "movie of the life" for a while. Thank you Hosts and congrats!

Loved staying at this beautiful location in the yurt which had everything we needed. Great breakfast ingredients supplied from the farm. Comfortable, restful sleep. Would have liked another night.

What’s there not to like. Very modern, clean, ever so comfortable. Located on acreage so it is very quiet and peaceful. Facilitates were excellent. Hosts were very friendly to chat with. They provided a very enjoyable breakfast. Very highly recommended.

I loved the location and the lady was very nice I was running late for check in but she waited which I really appreciated also I had booked for x1 adult and x2 kids but it ended up being x2 adults and it was cheaper .

The hosts Donna & Neville were great. Nothing too much for them made us very welcome. The room was clean and very modern. There is a microwave, toaster, and kettle, and you are supplied with some food items, milk, butter, jam, cereal, and snacks ect. Lovely view of the canal from the veranda. You are able to use some e-bikes if you want to, although we did not take up the offer. Would I go again? Yes, I would.
