Everything! Location, these views, quiet and so beautiful! The hotel overall is great, very well maintained, extremely clean and it has everything you need: kitchen, gym, spa services, nice room, comfortable beds etc. Breakfast was very delicious and with a big choice. And it was served even earlier that it should be, when we asked if it is possible. Strongly recommended! We will definitely come back! Thank you so much!

I had some issues with my booking wherein i booked on the wrong dates and they were kind enough to still help me out with the room even after their working hours. The rooms were spectacular, and they even had a Shattaf (hand bidet) Heated floors were just super comfortable.

The hotel was close to the thermal baths and the slopes. The evening restaurant food was great and we had a great time sampling the local vodka 😋 Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The games room was a nice touch to have a game of pool, table tennis and table football. The gym is a tad small but perfectly useable with all the equipment you need. The ski storage area was great too. We don't generally go back to the same place twice but I'd be tempted here as it was perfect.

We recently stayed at your property and wanted to express how much we enjoyed our visit. We particularly liked several aspects: 1. The staff was very friendly and supportive. They addressed our questions properly and provided clear explanations. 2. Our special request for early check-in was thankfully approved. 3. The location of your property is excellent, being very close to the train station or bus stop. 4. The proximity to supermarkets like Żabka, Lewiatan, and Delikatesy was very convenient. 5. The child play area and the river view made for an amazing experience during our stay. Thank you for providing such a pleasant environment.
