The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the city. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the spa center – hands down the best sauna experience I've ever had! These days, a hotel worth the price you pay is no different from another. What then sets one hotel apart? The manner in which the hotel treats its guests. It’s human touch. Raffles Europejski Warsaw has abundance of this. I must commend all the ppl fm the Reception and Concierge including Magda, Michael, “Voitek”, our Butler “Franceska”, and a lass trainee who checked us in expediently and others whose names we do not have. Mr Bartek fm Concierge was particularly outstanding. All the breakfast staff were excellent too, especially Jacob. The housekeeping and other hotel staff also did a very good job!!! Tq too to the Front office Manager Mr Arkadiusz Walfisz for his hospitality and professionalism. We had a wonderfully happy stay!!!
