What a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The staff are attentive and helpful. We arrived at 3pm and were able to have lunch and a drink on the patio enjoying the views up and down the river. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a large sliding door out onto a deck from where we could enjoy the views and a welcome drink. The pool was nice and refreshing to swim in after a day exploring. Breakfast was really nice with cooked on demand option of eggs and bacon along with a continental selection. The bed was comfortable with lovely bedding on it and the bathroom was very clean and serviced daily. Hint - it is difficult to find places to eat in the small township during the week that are open, we chose to eat in two out of three nights, the food was well cooked and tasty but not spectacular and on par with everything else in the area price / standard / recipie wise.

Amazing location with incredible view. House was super comfortable and well equipped. Nuno was an amazing host and provided us with great recommendations for the area as well as practical advice for when we spent the day in Porto. Very modern and clean. Linda who prepared breakfast was a super star.

Perfect distance from the 516 suspension bridge, within 20 minutes of walking. Great restaurant nearby too, very friendly and very tasty food at reasonable price. We were able to turn up early too and leave our luggage!!! Nice scrambled eggs for breakfast 😋
