the pictures on the website don't do justice at all: the hotel is MUCH better in reality than it looks like in the pictures (it was a great surprise for us) ; the style and interior decoration are amazing ; the garden and terrasse are beautiful ; definitely a place to stay for hikes in the warmer seasons ; the buffet breakfast was great ; the buffet dinner was also great (good quality and range) ; the restaurant was beautiful ; the hotel was very clean, extremely well maintained and stunning in its architecture (a classic gem) ; the staff was helpful and respectful ; the location was excellent (e.g.: close to cablecars, hiking tracks, ski slopes, town) ; the parking was big and easy to move into ; the spa & wellness facilities were excellent and clean ; the bar was cool and barmen very friendly and at your attention ; live music is played on some days and over the weekend (pianist) ; the gopass included is a real bounty for the activities around ; there is a playroom for children and a big conference room ; the room and bed were comfortable ; the bathroom was clean ; we had a very good view from our room (classic room with view) ; we could even witness a sky-tearing storm ; the hotel is so good you could spend the whole there without feeling you're missing out ; I could go on and on but a definite gem in the Tatras ; one of the best hotels I've stayed in and would definitely recommend to anyone going in the Tatras ; very good value for money ; internet was good too and possible to work from the room desk

The hotel has an exceptionally stylish and well-thought-out design that reflects the surrounding nature of this lovely place. Absolutely everything is new, elegant, and furnished with great attention to detail. The wellness area is wonderful – with pool, saunas, and excellent natural cosmetics. I especially appreciated the very thoughtful, caring and warm staff, and a big THANKS to the hotel director Mrs. Brezinová for her sensitive and supportive help and her goodwill during check-in. This place is truly magic.

Amazing place!Very friendly and profesional staff, especially receptionists(welcom drink upon arrival).Whole property is very clean ,rooms spacious with everythink you need,wide comfy beds.Best Wellnes and Spa in High Tatras!We really enjoyed cosy pool area and outside jacuzzi. Lovely golf resort with stunning panoramic views of High Tatras. We came to play golf family of 4 which we really enjoyed. All staff were amazing and attentive all the time. We enjoyed the the wellness area, too. We are gonna be back definitely next year. Thank you all for enjoyable break.
