The villa was perfect! Private pool, with air conditionate and very comfortable. The villa had Netflix and also a big bathroom with bathrobe, flip flops, and other amenities. The staff were very kind and they gave us an gift with the checkout with some juice and sandiwches. The place was very quiet and romantic.

It was a great surprise for him ♥ We only ordered breakfast once but it was delicious. Brought to our house. I highly recommend it. This hotel looks like it was taken from a movie scene. If you're looking for partying, night clubs and buzz with friends, don't come here, as there is nothing to do after 10pm. But if you're looking for some peace, quiet, meditation, relaxation, 10/10 this is the place to come to. Framed by tropical forest, on one side, and by a paradisiac beach on the other, you feel immersed in some sort of Blue Lagoon movie. The hotel is small sized, not many rooms which allows the perfect conditions for a restful and peaceful stay. The breakfast is served in a gorgeous restaurant on the beach where you can contemplate the sea with the scenic longtail boat. When I thought this would only be result of photoshoped pictures, this hotel just proved me wrong. Cleanliness is of the highest standards. The room is gorgeous, super comfy and the bed is amazing. There is free Nespresso coffee in the room (important, as it's not so common in Asia). If you like asian (and in particular thai) food, you must try the hotel restaurants. Food is superb, delicious and (despite no being cheap according to Thailand standards) it is still cheap as per european standards. There is also italian restaurant with very good pasta, risotto and pizzas (surprisingly). Finally, and most important of all, the service is truly 5 stars. All the staff is so delicate, so kind, so humble. They will always stop what they are doing to say hello as you pass by and they will do anything to solve any query you have. On our particular case, we had a big issue upon arrival in the airport, where we were left with no taxi and no option to come to the hotel, at night (as Krabi goes to sleep at 10pm) and Tubkaak managed to get us a taxi in 20min. To the hotel: never cease to provide highest standards of service. Summary: I've been to many 5 stars hotels but this is definitely the best hotel and best holidays I've ever had in my life. Strongly recommend.

The serenity, the location, the best sunsets, the beach bar with fresh popcorn daily, the breakfast (especially the coconut French toast and the mango/avocado tartine), smoothies by the pool, easy access to Hong Island, the largest comfiest beds and scale of the villas with outdoor bath/showers - they are an architectural delight.

The best hotel that I've ever stayed in: Fantastic food. Staff were super friendly. Amazing rooms. Finer detail considered at all times - flowers, name on a leaf which is placed on your bed. Great gym with free classes. Reception will arrange transport for you. Huge selection at breakfast - oat milk, etc 5 minute walk from the beach. I had a pool view from my room. Spa deals -, massages, and treatments were brilliant. It is a perfect place for fitness, wellness, and relaxation. The hotel is pricey, but it was worth every penny - enjoy!

The facilities were amazing, the pools are beautiful. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard with very comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and a good amount of storage space. A beautiful beach just a short walk from the front of the hotel.
