Our experience at the hotel was excellent. We booked a standard room, and to our surprise, we were upgraded for free to a deluxe suite with an all-inclusive pass. The dinner was delicious and varied, offering options for all tastes. The entertainment was great, providing fun for all ages. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, ensuring a relaxing stay. Without a doubt, a place we would return to.

It's was not my first time and it will not be my last. You just get the best value on the market. Really the people are wonderful (staff), food is great, I love the dinning place where you eat and watch the palms...also it really is all inclusive. You cant ever get hungry, thirsty. The heart of the resort is the animation team. Lots of energy, honest smiles and just really the best people. Its a great place and I sure would visit again.

Staff very friendly & helpful. The pool area is clean & did not struggle getting a lounger. The food is good & a fairly large choice. Animation team are great . Cute gift shop on site selling bags, nougat, cigarettes,snacks, souvenirs. Rooms are clean but due an upgrade. especially the bathroom.. but you don’t go away to sit in the bathroom. TV & fridge in room & drinking water provided . overall a lovely stay. Have re booked for next year

The rooms were very spacious and clean, very comfortable with everything that you would need during the stay. The entire hotel was very clean, has a small on site market with everything from snacks to clothes to toys and souvenirs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were amazing and had a lot of delicious food to choose from. The beach was nice and clean.

The staff is really friendly, everyone is helpful and welcoming and always chatted with us at every opportunity. You’ll find a small shop, a hair salon, outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a very nice, big and modern gym, a separate spa right next to the hotel and the beach right in front of the hotel. They have different restaurants and a show every night. We chose to pay for half board at the buffet, it was very inexpensive. The room was big, 2 bathrooms (1 toilet and shower room), very large bed and a nice big balcony!

It’s a nice big property, lots of pools although the outside ones are not heated in winter so unfortunately didn’t get chance to use them, there is an indoor pool however which is heated and was a very good size. There is also a saltwater heated pool within the thalasso spa, which you have to pay extra for or is included if you have a treatment - I highly recommend going for a relaxing treatment. The hotel has a newly opened gym which is free to use although I didn’t. Hotel is on a beach front location with its own stretch of sand.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, speaking many languages. Rooms are spacious with a large washroom (with bathtub), lots of storage and everything is very clean. There's a good selection of fresh food at meal time, including fresh juices and lots of healthy options. The grounds are well maintained and the property offers many interesting places to walk through or lounge. Close to the city centre, several activities are offered at a reasonable additional price. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing, stress-free vacation.
