Just great things to say about everything: venue, location, staff and breakfast. The hotel was recently opened when I travelled to Istambul. My room was very spacious as well as the bathroom, with tasteful decoration. The rooms in the upper floor have a small terrace. The hotel’s location is great, in the university neighborhood . One minute from Vezneciler metro station and around 5 minutes from Laleli tram station that takes you tho the Grand Bazar, the monumental área and Eminonu, the ferry station. Walking to the monumental área is juts about 20 minutes! The staff is very professional and extremely kind at the reception, bell boys, breakfast waiters, cleanning ladies…our’s was Endam, a sweatheart. Breakfast is outstanding. You can find a great variety of western and turkish food. The hotel also has a spa with a real swimming-pool…around 20 meters long…don’t forget your goggles!!

Amazing stuff, so friendly, amazing cleaning, thanks to Sabina, good breakfast, they care a lot and give you everything needed (we asked for extra-chair, pillow), and everything was provided quickly. Really clean, they change towels everyday, give you complimentary water. Hot water and coffee in lobby available during the whole day.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. The check-in process was efficient, and I was immediately impressed by the stylish and modern design of the lobby. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail—from the lighting to the toiletries—was thoughtfully chosen to enhance comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the offerings were outstanding: fresh fruits, traditional Turkish delicacies, pastries, cheeses, and excellent coffee. It was a perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. The location of the hotel is ideal as well. Near the hotel they are buss stations 2 mins walking distance and also there is a ferry station 15mins walk distance or with the buss it will take you only 2-3 mins tops. If you are a parent this is also perfect for your staying as near there is markets, restaurants and a huge park that includes a playground for the kids. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the level of service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help with recommendations, directions, and any special requests. They made me feel genuinely cared for, which is something you can’t put a price on. Especially Mr.Gokhan (Hotel Concierge) and Mr.Murat (Restaurant Manager) were super nice, super friendly, professional and super helpful. In short, Lazzoni Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
